媽媽尋日帶左d苦瓜俾我, 其實我都想買好耐, 終於用左黎炆排骨。加d冬菇蒜頭, 落蠔油生抽老抽糖生粉麻油調味~
不過炆到d肉似湯渣>< 咩解救呀~~

我未炆過涼瓜, 怕苦...可能係d涼瓜會出水, 唔好落得太多水....
