Kellogg's LOW FAT Grandola with RAISINS


繼雜錦果麥同蜜糖圈圈之後又試新野(我未試過既野)~

唔怪得佢計60g 份…40g真係好少…不過60g又有成230kcal

我今朝食左40g+大約80kcal奶, 又ok喎~小息食個橙

呢盒硬d, 同之前2盒既質感又好唔同, 3款黎講都係雜錦果麥最好味~

    n年前我睇過雜誌話桂格果隻方形麥,營養師話適合減肥,我食過都覺好,有咬口又飽。另一選擇是Kellogg的麥片加提子or蜜糖脆片,不過我鍾意桂格多D
