裝飾cream

唔知點解,我覺得CREAM係同芝士蛋糕或者慕絲蛋糕唔夾架! 成日見倒D蛋糕用忌廉做裝飾,硬係覺得怪怪地…我覺得佢只係用cream cake襯架咋…加d生果(大量都得)/少少朱古力裝飾簡簡單單已經好靚~如果一個mousse cake/ cheese cake上面再加忌廉裝飾咪好漏囉? 又如果一個mousse cake/ cheese cake上面單單加上cream玫瑰咁仲怪…(有色既更加唔駛講…)。

mousse cake/ cheese cake只能加生果/朱古力/金箔/銀珠/糖霜/jelly層o係面, 或者用返d mousse/ cheese料當cream用唔知得唔得呢?整硬少少~

    你同我D口味差唔多,我極覺得用 cream 黎裝飾係 mousse or cheese cake 會好漏,睇過一本台灣書,係用番本身既 mousse or cheese cake 餡料黎做裝飾,會留番部份放入雪櫃雪實少少先唧。

    我唔食cream,所以唔會整cream cake 或者cream裝飾! 冇理由整d自己唔食嘅嘢~ 不過都同意你嘅講法,唔同蛋糕應該襯唔同裝飾... 我自己喜歡"型" 同"簡約"d 嘅 toppings ,個人黎講唔鍾意唧到好靚嗰 d 玫瑰花,好似唔係好食得咁 … 有 d 奇怪 … 對不起,可能得罪了各位唧花高手 …sorry…

    大蚊, 各有各靚~我都會整d自己唔鍾意食既蛋糕架~例如朱古力蛋糕~志在整之嘛~咁咪重好, 唔駛食咁多:p
