減肥日誌~20070628

體重: 121.2lbs (屋企測脂磅 19.7%fat)

早餐: 蛋沙律蕃茄洋蔥三文治(低脂蛋黃醬)

小食: 扭結糖1粒(食晒lu~)

午餐: 瘦叉通粉

小食: 蜜瓜、啤梨

運動: 本來唸住放工返黎跳舞/STEPPER之後沖完涼再趕返學校, 不過搬完部14KG焗爐已經冇晒架又M痛…是日休息一天…揸梨都冇力…

晚餐: 學校聚餐(食左好多野, 不過其實又唔係好飽, ok啦XD 好可怕XDDDD 淨係最後甜品叉燒餐包都食左2個~新鮮熱辣好好味~呢餐好味過之前去holidat inn 飲好多~~)

    銳, 其實你幾高幾重要減幾多呀? 今晚唔知有咩食, 聽講食中菜, 又唔係buffet, 我唸唔會太過份, 同平時去男友屋企食差唔多呱, 我又唔擔心, 我不嬲都大食, 呢3個月keep住食都係差唔多

    銳, E?你同我男友一樣高~~佢之前話去到160就要減肥~點知腸胃炎之後去到153又唔減住喇XD 你唸住減到幾多?
