洋蔥牛肉餡餅(加左煎好既相喇~)



用埋雪櫃兜醃好左既牛肉餡, 整左幾個牛肉餅。放左入急凍可以保存得好d, 隨時都可以煎黎食~

用返之前整豬肉餡餅既麵糰:100g中粉+34g滾水+17g凍水搓勻靜置30分鐘之後就可以分成30g一份(細細個)搓圓按扁, 包得~!^^

後記(20070604):今晚煎左3個黎食,細細個,3個先=人地出面1個,不過又頂得餓喎~最正係陣皮脆架~餡就唔夠實,要撻下,我只係係咁倚攪下:p
