唔好問我做乜偷步XD (有幾位參加者本身都減緊架~加上我28/6, 2/7, 3/7, 24/7都有飯局, 要補返XD)

早餐: 穀物早餐+高鈣低B奶
小食: 繼續清曲奇, 終於清晒喇~^0^
午餐: 蘋果1個+蜜瓜幾片+好耐冇食既雞粉麥皮(3湯匙約12x kcal):D~~~~~~~~
隔左陣又食左3片嘉頓麥方包, 食親都停唔倒口 =口=好好味…
之後仲食左3粒扭結糖:p
下午茶: 橙1個、蕃茄1個
運動: 繼續跳舞40分鐘(其實係之前o係深圳書城買既一隻跳舞碟, 扭腰扭到小掩痛>0<")+wii bowling30分鐘(好耐冇打打得好差…最多都係159…係咁-經驗值…)
晚餐: 勝瓜半條223g+翠玉瓜一條214g+青瓜一條387g

我男友今日開始減, 我就要清埋d冷飯同薯仔先, 預計7月我都要開始減喇
