輕左=瘦左?

尋日睇左本書話, 想知自己究竟係真瘦定假瘦, 唔係要磅重, 而係要度腰圍。

目的係睇脂肪比, 有先進準確可信既儀器當然好, 依家d測脂磅都唔知邊個可信, 最簡單既方法係量腰圍~

本書話唔正確既節食, 例如戒澱粉質, 會有礙脂肪燃燒, 減既可能係瘦肉而唔係脂肪。

冇度開三圍等尺寸既你~快d去度下喇~尤其是腰圍~幼左先係真係瘦, 而唔只係輕~

你係想減重? 定減肥呢?

    我條腰幼左2吋呢 我覺得澱粉質真係可以減肥架.因為我前排日日都會食飯.而且個量都唔小.成碗幾飯架.但係都一直咁瘦

    同意你嘅講法,最近發覺,磅數沒太大改變,但大腿的肉"泡"了出來....咁快變鬆???已諗辦法整firm d 呀....

    大蚊, 尋日都睇倒本書入面一個case同你一樣, 冇重到但鬆左肥左, 做返d肌肉鍛鍊運動~ amy, 鍾意咪食唔鍾意咪唔好食囉~其他野一樣可以代替

    我一食 "飯" 同 "麵包" 就肥,所以我食麥皮 / 米粉 ... :( 一向都有度開既,冇咩進步!唉~
