Day23


117.4-6 (33.5, 24.5-25, 29.5, 34.75)

早餐: 小木瓜一個、西柚一個

午餐: 炸醬麵

下午茶: 芒果涼粉爽+芒果糯米茲@許留山(主任請~^0^)

運動: 步行30分鐘+游水30個塘40分鐘+步行30分鐘

晚餐: 游完水返黎食左大樹菠羅幾件+代糖涼粉一碗+小木瓜一個+唐生菜一斤+粟米大半罐…都係好餓咁><

煲左羅漢果水飲~

宵夜…果然一整野食就忍唔住…明明又乾又裂都係忍唔住食左2, 3件=口=

    yan1984, 唸住今日唔游水改做其他運動休息一日, 但咁食法…考慮緊游唔游好… yamaha, 我之前2日都係咁上下運動呀, 都冇今日咁…
