今天放假
早餐:雜菜湯
午餐:水餅三塊
下午茶:椰菜水餃麵
運動:Yoga 1.5小時
晚餐:綠茶紅豆包6小個、七穀方包2片(好飽…果然一過左七月就失守,又試好想食包,見倒好多包包都好想食>0<)
