原來莎莉蛋糕咁犀利!!

今日睇過1/4盒都千幾kcal

light都11xxkcal

有d去到18xxkcal

反而見倒有隻義美既芝士蛋糕一盒只係4xxkcal左右,當然冇咁大盒,不過比起1/4盒我唸會大d

    我依家乜都等得入口~哇哈哈哈!!簡直係完全解放中!!只係每日都拖地/抹地/放狗/yoga個幾鐘咁!有時做一樣有時做兩樣, 不過做得2樣黎都冇左3個鐘, 煮埋野食埋都好支力訓得…=0=

    bibi, 你指我點樣做得好好呀?其實我冇食過義美架, 始終叫得做蛋糕都唔係好敢食, 仲要蜂蜜、牛油、芝士咁...莎莉我都唔知幾多年冇食過喇
