西柚餐減肥法 ~ 五日後感
好處:
真係食咩肉都得,點食都得,飲茶又得,麥記雞記又得,唔知係咪因為我食得太油既關係…就出現左呢個怪現象…
壞處:
唔食得零食,一來時間上小食只可以飲奶/茄汁,二來幾乎所有零食都係澱粉質
尋日食飽都有少少頭暈,唔知關唔關事
好多高纖野,如乳酪、麥包、水果(除西柚外)等都唔食得,可能因為咁冇咁暢通
小結:
我覺得呢個餐單好難長久,長遠計唔係咁健康,比起我之前減肥食既野而言(我食既係麥皮麥包菜湯乳酪生果豆腐蒸魚等)間中十二日玩下都OK

不過日日都咁食食左幾個月都咪話唔悶 忍左幾個月一放縱就想大魚大肉惹味, 連平時唔好既甜品都好想食 (點解你d 回應成日都一大片空白既?)
