韭菜豬肉餡餅(附餡餅食譜)


想用埋D韭菜, 又唔想再包餃子, 唸住整包, 結果整左餡餅。原來唔駛發又唔駛酵母發粉~同餃子皮差唔多~

200g中粉(我用100g高100g低)+68g沸水+34g冷水攪埋, 靜置十分鐘就可以搓圓擀薄包餡~

煎o個陣早落o個d黑晒…last一隻煎左一陣就加水焗~金黃色架~:p

依家仲有幾隻o係冰格~隨時可以煎黎食~^皿^

  8. 好多野都想整, 特別係烏結糖la ~~~ 我都知通常要整野既時候唔需要整好耐, 但係因為屋企附近間supermarket裝修緊既關係, 所以買野唔方便!!!! 所以我諗都係要等我忙埋呢個月報完稅先有時間整lu!

    整得好靚呀,一啲都唔醜樣。我自己就對韭菜麻麻地。我借番嚟嗰本食譜都有燙麵方法,不過我都未有機會試,或者遲啲啦。
