湯種七穀合桃包


50g高粉+50g七穀粉+湯種(5g高粉+15g水)+酵母4g+糖10g+水42g(原本大約要52g, 又唔知扣左湯種未…所以亂黎:p), +牛油8g, +合桃(好多XD)

好難搓, 加左D七穀唔知點先算搓好, 睇唔倒D紋。好濕, 減左水搓都好痴手, 加左D粉, 搓搓下又噴下水咁…都唔知實際份量係點…

total100g粉好似唔係發得好大, 不過切開又有酒味…即係已經過左龍…

真係難搞…下次試下跟返七穀粉包裝上既份量試下~不過合桃製品真係好香好香~:D~~~~~~~~~

    懶貓, 我好少煲湯, 因為佢唔飲架~^^" 煲左大半煲都係我飲…:P 雖然我都幾鍾意飲湯~最鍾意清補涼同蟲草雞湯~:D~~~~~~
