成日聽人講話d曲奇質感似唔似mrs fields, 我都唔知究竟係點~依家知喇~!!原來係好o岩我食, 軟軟地~好o岩唔鍾意脆口同硬野既我^0^
今日上網搵譜試整~搵左為食貓入面kelly個譜~整左2款朱古力粒粒同合桃粒粒曲奇。
我分別用左170同180度焗10分鐘, 出黎效果有少少趣, 睇倒藍藍細雨o係blog度話唔好焗太耐, 唔係會脆, 我可能係犯左呢個問題。再試真d, 入面係軟個喎~可能真係個面太高溫, 咁下次應該焗短d時間定再減10度呢?
冇落可可粉, 但咁深色, 係咪關紅糖事? (平時落黃糖o個d譜我都係照落砂糖架咋:p聽講落黃糖/紅糖深色d?)我見kelly用純正紅糖, 不過我唔係用太古。定其實真係焗耐左既關係?XD
係唔係好chewy呀?
ReplyDelete金毛尋回犬, 唔夠軟, 中間就軟, 外層可能焗耐左或者爐溫高左(雖然我已經減左時間同爐溫), 下次再減D。你睇睇內文有講^^

ReplyDelete我都有整過,我用黃糖,整出來好深色同好易燶,焗6-7分鍾巳經變得好脆 ,不過很好味 .
