ReplyDelete茜茜~哇~~介紹我呀~^0^ 我減肥o個時絕對唔會食甜品小食架~食得好清好清~而整得呢d野就唔敢亂減油減糖, 因為佢地都有作用, 減左怕失敗:p muffin就轉左用植物油同埋減左少少糖同油, 海綿蛋糕都可以唔落油, 至於其他減肥野, 我淨係會介紹雜菜湯同淮山杞子粥...其他唔係蒸就焗, 仲冇咩調味, 所以都冇咩好介紹, 我亦唔會睇低糖健怡甜品…覺得唔方好食… 除左d大路野, 見倒人整d特色野覺得好得意~所以又跟住整^^

ReplyDelete我都知,其實材料分量擅自減了好容易影響效果,而我亦唔建議敢做 ,我意思係分量一定跟足食譜,但選用的材料是 low fat 或 less sugar ,不過口感會有影響,這個問題要自己衡量,我睇電視知道一些教人煮食的學校,整 cheese cake 有 D 會用 low fat cream cheese ! 不過我有個個人經驗,就是家中有個「古董」 雪糕機,叫「古董」 原因是幾年前見有鋪頭有,而我超愛吃雪糕,於是買下來但一直無用到,直至一個月前見無聊便睇食譜試用,結果整雪糕的攪拌忌廉一定唔可以用 low fat ,要起麻 35%fat 個種,否則失敗!惟有在牛奶轉用 no fat milk !不過整當中令我明白原來雪糕好肥,約 400m l 的雪糕單是蛋黃便要用 4 隻!以前我 13X 磅那時曾一天吃掉一整盒家庭裝 Dryer's ,想起來我一天就吃了 8 隻蛋黃?! 而家我當然唔會敢做啦 !聽說你不愛吃雪糕,是嗎?
ReplyDelete茜茜, 係呀~我麻麻地雪糕~有3隻係鍾意食既, 不過對呢種口感既野唔係太好~ 我都有整過雪糕, 不過冇雪糕機… 淨係記得要好多CREAM, 所以成本都幾高~! whipping cream如果用low fat會打唔起, 所以我唔敢買! 最多買黎整忌廉湯~ rankura試過用low fat cream cheese, 佢話冇咩分別~都幾好, 不過唔係咁易買~至於奶我就一向都用脫脂奶粉開~方便好多~隨時都有得用! 13x都唔係好重je~你幾高? 我舊年呢個時候都係13x, d人都叫我唔駛減, 日食一盒家庭裝咁勁都係13x算係咁啦~XD
