聖誕o個陣同事整過返黎~睇見都複雜:p 不過我都有d想整~直至最近整左紅豆蓉, 就整一次啦~
話說早2日整左蛋糕底, 第二晚唸住整芝士同mousse 餡, 點知d cream俾我雪壞左…尋日先買返~尋晚又太支力一早訓左, 今日就趁放假整埋佢~
依家雪緊紅豆芝士, 一個鐘之後整埋綠茶mousse就搞掂~
呢種蛋糕同豆腐芝士一樣都唔知點裝飾好, 我覺得呢2種口味同生果係唔夾架~仲有榴槤又係唔可以用其他生果裝飾, 只能用朱古力, 金箔之類
今次整左四方形, 唸住整切餅, 因為唔係有咩事要慶祝而整, 所以整切餅方便d又唔駛咁多裝飾~
呢個係加朱古力葉前,入晒盒忽然覺得都係加塊葉好D,不過有D斷左…唔係件件有==
好靚呀 light cream cheese 貴成十元一盒,又有代糖好健康,紅豆配綠茶真係好配呀! 你用隻綠荼粉?

ReplyDelete嘉露, 其實2層都鋪得唔平…= =綠茶太多魚膠粉, 一倒就瓊…個角o個d我冇抹過所以個面好滑, 不過中間我抹過o個d就唔得喇…唔抹又得中間一篤…= =
