30G高粉=有143kcal @@

原來30G高筋麵粉已經有143KCAL@@

太可怕喇~!!我每次都整100G架!!!

仲未計糖同油!!

 

1g澱粉=1g糖?都係4kcal? 咁食糖好似抵好多…

    小肥, 整蛋糕~同食~係2回事黎架~哈哈哈~~ 整得蛋糕就預左肥架家~~估唔到整麵包都咁肥><(高粉係整麵包架~)麵包已經少好多糖同油, 又唔駛CREAM, 芝士呢D, 估唔到淨係麵粉都唔惹少=0=

    熊貓西西里, 蛋糕就唔會, 不過蛋糕仲唔惹少~呢度係講緊麵包呢~~我真係會自己一個食晒架…100g唔係整倒好多咋…尋日就整左個focaccia…方包用成300-350g架~我真係可以食唔停…仲要唔知原來麵粉都咁肥…= =

    BIBI, 你整過就知咩係肥膩野啦~明明食落唔係好甜其實已經好多糖, 明明食落唔係好油但已經好多油~你都整野食格~或者你搵D麵包食譜計下就知一個麵包幾多卡

    蠍: 哎呀! 因為我平時買麵包都係買無butter或者Oil同埋無Sugar果種, 係Citysuper或者Great買架, 怪唔得instructor同dietcian都話無問題啦! 因為我食果啲都係無糖無油, 所以我體驗唔到有落果種有幾肥!
