    我既運動就係行囉...一一日行好多路...有時會行樓梯唔搭電梯...雖然唔叫咩運動..不過都好過食完就坐係度ar..咁落去會變大肚婆..哈哈

    蠍...我呢幾日日日都食超多野...而家114磅啦...重得好快...但係我唔知佢係肥左定係重左.... 我覺得d磅數搞到我好唔開心.. .真係人都癲...我係唔係應該唔好去磅佢呢..??

    yamaha : 其實你係咪好高ga? 114應該好fit woh 不過我都試過係咁呀...一番到hk就狂食,日日一上磅心情就會沈曬...成個人無曬心機...好似俾個磅控制住咁呀...
