減肥日誌~20070521~今日順利過渡

早餐:雜錦果麥+高鈣低脂奶1盒+啤梨

午餐:泰米粉+橙

晚餐:烚菜一碟+橙x2

運動:stepper 30mins + yoga 19mins

好耐冇打過減肥日誌~本來都冇唸住post, 不過見今日咁乖就post下啦~XD

咁耐冇踩STEPPER, 又唔覺得好辛苦喎; 但係YOGA就有難度喇…07年都未做過咁滯…好多動作唔記得左…又硬晒…=0=加上前日跑完冇拉筋今日大脾筋好痛…平時拉得好輕鬆o個d位反而好痛…><

    suki, 生果夠話多糖啦, 我食2日就減倒4磅~ 其實高糖只係比例上, 我每次食40g都係百幾卡, +盒奶total300kcal倒~2隻烚蛋既能量已經高過一份果麥~

    嘉露, 如果同同事輪流打o個d就冇事, 可能今次跑完步冇拉筋 之後呢幾日記得拉返就冇事喇~^^
