唔減唔得喇!!!

今年冇做過運動...除左3月頭食左2星期西柚餐之外幾乎完全冇減過肥....

唔知點解硬係的唔起心肝...

依家去返121喇...

之前大半年KEEP住11X, 新年過後冇耐去返121(BMI 19.56), 跟住食西柚餐減返又肥返, 好在冇再重落去...呢2次上磅都驚去到125!!

不過腰腩PAT都肥左=0=面都肥埋.....

已經有23.X腰, 29腩, 34.5PAT去到2家既25.5腰, 30.5腩, 35.5PAT喇~T口T!!!!

 

但始終未想食返舊年減肥食既野...唸起都灰...

所以要做返運動喇~~

頭先去左跑步...好辛苦呢~~大熱天時, 最慘係小掩痛...

其實都係游水O岩我D, 起碼唔會呢度痛O個度痛...不過要搭車....又要就時間.....又悶.....仲要睇天氣...

不過都冇計喇~!唔減唔得喇~!!

 

P.S.我大約係168cm高(因為好多時睇完磅數我都會問人幾高, 所以我O係度補充埋XD)

  1. 大家咁話啦, 不過好在我冇重返, 但係一o羅住本雜誌睇見周圍都講夏天既野......................我諗都係時候要減o下架喇.

    suki, 比起舊年減肥前真係唔算肥喇XD 不過比起113O個陣已經肥左好多~~~同埋我當初既目標其實係110架...一直都未達到...

  7. my friends are trying the grapefruit diet also, seems quite effective...any side effect? should I try? I'm 155cm tall but weigh 130lbs ><
