香噴噴FOCACCIA(附食譜)


好耐冇搓過包喇~忽然想食focaccia, 於是趁放假搓左個~^^今次係第4次整呢款包喇~

唸住趁天氣熱唔開冷氣等佢發得好d~:p 身水身汗…仲大汗過踩stepper~~~^^"

焗FOCACCIA既香味~~ T^T
真係冇得頂呀~~~T0T
搓緊同發緊都已經好香~
一焗不得了!!! 香草黑椒加埋洋蔥散發既香氣~~
T~~~T 何其感動!!!
今次都發得唔錯~唔知口感如何呢~~期待期待~~~~
(雖然我已經食飽…^^")

做法
100g高粉+1茶匙酵母(我d酵母死死地所以落多d^^)+1.5g鹽+2g糖拌勻+60g水搓成糰, 之後+黑椒碎+雜香草+oregano, 再加6g olive oil搓滑,+洋蔥碎,發左45分鐘至約2倍大,排氣,按扁再發45分鐘,用手指篤凹洞,放洋蔥粒,灑黑椒碎+rosemary。200'C焗15分鐘至表面金黃即成。

點算呀~個包好好味呀~~~我又想食晒佢喇~~~次次食親呢個包都忍唔倒口...><

發現左30G有143KCAL呢個"秘密"之後, 切左3片出黎, 其餘入左袋…不過食完都唔夠喉…我已經食左成煲菜架喇!!!

唔得!要忍口!聽日先食!!>< 已經食左成300KCAL架喇!!

  3. wanna make bread also...but don't have scale for measuring so little portions...making bread is much more healthy than making cookie & cake...

    sharon, 係…不過原來30g高筋麵粉已經有143kcal@@ 我次次都整100g架!!多數一次過食晒~~原來有成500卡>< 如果真係有心整, 買個電子磅丫~百幾蚊好好用架喇~^^

    suki, 唔係架~其實蛋糕癮又唔係話好大, 不過要清埋d貨, 加上早2日開左個頭, 今日要埋左個尾佢~聽日拎返去請人幫我食左佢~^0^ 包包就因為想食~所以整囉~同埋唸住可以減手臂嘛~~當運動都好~^^ 我今次既策略係~平時食清d, 有好野就照食~^^

    我呢幾日都整左幾樣野, 依家個雪柜有兩款蛋糕同乳酪雪糕磚, 仲有一盒士多啤梨, 用剩嘅蛋白同淡忌廉...... 我都想試下整呢個包, 睇下邊日整先

  10. i used to think that baking myself is much more healthier, as i know all the ingredients added...but haven't baked for so long since i feel that almost every baked food are not healthy...cooking some chinese dishes withe only little oil & flavourings added may be a better choice
