蝴蝶酥


用之前整扭扭脆條既酥皮, 唔同既褶法, 整左幾隻蝴蝶~~^^

比扭扭條仲鬆脆~不過焗左好耐, 我又由佢火農所以一直o係爐邊睇住

    糯米糍已經完成了,照你個譜可以做到12個.好好味.比左自己90分.其中10分扣左是因為芒果酸左小小..... 呢個制法個皮好正,勁GOOD.THANKS你.泡芺都焗好了,個樣似模似樣好靚,依家雪緊蛋黃忌廉唧埋落泡芺入面就完成.今日好開心.又整到鍾意食既野.太好了.
