紅酒燴牛腩(附食譜)


今日訓左晏覺冇去到睇戲,尋住嗌外賣又唔知食乜好,冰格有早幾日整用剩既牛腩同甘筍,於是用乾蔥代替洋蔥整左呢味送,比上次淋,個樣好唔淋咁,食落又OK喎(男友話)。

呢個月整左3次,譜都唔駛睇,好簡單咁略煎牛腩,切左乾蔥同甘筍用煎牛腩D油炒炒,牛腩加紅酒煮下跟住落甘筍乾蔥,再加冰糖鹽雞粉茄膏調味,加水大火煮一陣,轉中火燜淋即成。

今晚冇煮飯,焗左D薯仔點汁食,男友食到lamlam利唔夠喉XD,個汁差唔多清晒~
