家常手切麵(附食譜)


今晚第一次整手切麵
原來會發大成倍XDDD
唸住整粗麵, 變左河粉咁大條XDDDD
口感似年糕~O岩晒我XD
仲唸住學整年糕, 我唸呢個做法OK喇係形狀唔同

食譜:
1. 150g麵粉+47.5g冷水+1.5g鹽搓勻;
2. 醒麵30分鐘;
3. 搓滑後擀薄,撒上手粉,疊成4層後切條;

4. 再撒粉即可煮食。

    嘉露, 好易整咋~易過麵包同蛋糕~又唔駛發, 幾樣野簡單撈埋成糰就得, 醒佢30分鐘跟住就可以切

    蠍: 我都鍾意食麵呀, 我就最鍾意食mummy煮o既手撕麵粉麵, 即係用麵粉搓成麵團, 然後用成搣出黎成一片片整刻放落湯底度整麵食, 上次佢無麵粉, 見到屋企得芋絲, 就用芋絲代替麵, 點知出奇不意地好好味喎!
