SCONE


食譜出自《烘出麵包香》

想整好耐, 其實呢個係咪即係KFC既鬆餅呢?

好快搞掂既一種早餐~麵粉+糖+鹽+牛油+奶攪勻+提子乾,靜待25分鐘,造型成2cm高圓柱體,200'C焗15-20分鐘即成。

呢度係100G麵粉份量。食譜後補。

疑問:點解我個效果係圓拱頂而唔係平頂既?(同muffin既疑問相反=0=)

    我唔記得左我跟邊個食譜...係用自發粉+牛油+蜜糖咁ga...好好味 個頂係圓ga^^ 我都係整muffin永遠都係平頂...一d都唔靚><你估關唔關發粉事呢

    癲后&傻軒媽媽, MUFFIN個問題我解決左喇~你睇下7戰同6戰MUFFINo個2篇~應該係d牛油攪發過度所以平頂或者唔爆 我呢個scone係用麵粉+發粉, 之前整muffin就用自發粉快靚正
