減肥日誌 ~20070319


聽日就一周年喇~不過今日癲左…帶完隊返黎係咁搵野食=0=唔知係咪見自己食得咁清但重左既原故…:p

114.4lbs, 51.7kg, 16.7-8% fat

早餐:乳酪1杯、嘉頓衛星包1個(100kcal)

11點幾(帶完隊返黎就食晏…不過係咁搵野食…):嘉頓衛星包2個(200kcal)、旺仔雪米餅1塊、朱古力1粒、愉快動物餅1包(87kcal)

午餐:迷你包3個(叉燒、雞尾、腸仔)不肥不食…好在迷你包好少餡

其實仲買左個大叉燒餐包唸住放學肚餓食, 結果都唔係咁餓, 冇食到, 行惠康見倒我最愛既大蕉, 買左盒, 路上食左隻:p

下午茶:大蕉1隻、威化餅3塊

晚餐(乳酪大餐):檸香青口3隻、粟米丸丸3.5粒、粟米蕃茄湯好多碗、五香蜜汁豬柳3件(唔記得煮菜=0=)

聽朝就上磅喇~(一周年)點解今日大吃大喝既????XDDDDD
