鹹濕吞拿魚包(中種法)


同腸仔包同埋肉鬆包同一舊麵糰,2xxg粉整左好多包包^.^

入面係吞拿魚+洋蔥粒+千島醬~係一個我幾鍾意既組合^^

我鍾意既頭幾位包包係叉燒包, 吞拿魚包呢d有汁既, 同埋腸仔包~以鹹包為主~^^

減肥就鍾意麥方包, 芝麻鹹卷同法包, 仲有殼麥包都鍾意~

本來個包面得中間一點…奈何點完已經覺得唔妥…焗焗下真係…好鹹濕…XDDDDD惟有再加多幾點XDDDD

  1. 我都好愛吞拿包包,不過減肥就只會買粗麥包、五穀包或者黑麥合桃包。 有時都好掛住吞拿魚包包o架!

    cherub, 吞拿魚真係正, 其實都唔係太肥~用低脂沙律醬囉~最多改麥粉喇~^^真係超級美味~~上次半失敗男友盛讚, 今次同事都嗌encore~
