減肥(??)日誌 ~20070323

早餐:迷你腸仔包2個(20g粉糰大小)、迷你吞拿魚包2個(25g粉糰大小)、中小型肉鬆包(30g粉糰大小)1個、迷你甜餐包1個(28g粉糰大小)、單薄蛋撻1個

小食:中型大蕉1隻

午餐:腸仔包1個(60g粉糰大小)、中小型肉鬆包(30g粉糰大小)4/5個、迷你甜餐包1個(28g粉糰大小)、迷你腸仔包1個(20g粉糰大小)

食晒luXDDDD我咁食法…加上同事既努力~哇哈哈哈~咁快清晒真係好~\^0^/

雖然係包包, 不過似乎又唔算太肥, 最肥都係D蛋撻。2大盒包包都係用左250G麵粉, 1XG牛油, 大約30G糖, 1隻蛋, 相比起muffin, 一盒份量就要150g牛油150g糖同250g麵粉!!而且食完包包冇muffin咁滯, 又襟玩XDDD

話雖如此, 食咁多都唔係減肥架喇...XP
