包餃子


第一次搓皮, 唔算難搓, 唔駛發唔駛點搓, 比起包包都幾簡單, 同之前整麵條差唔多, 係滾圓佢麻煩d, 而且愈包愈細隻XD

頭2塊太薄, 好似出面D水餃皮咁, 不過一放湯就爛, 之後蒸O個批厚返D


椰菜豬肉餃~

仲有d餡剩, 聽日有時間試下搓包先~

包左2種包法, 一種係平時包開, 另一種好似帽子O個隻, 唔知有冇包錯:P

    懶貓, 呢隻20隻一口大小~唔係好多架咋~自己搓皮就有呢個好處~~整幾多自己話事~唔駛就D皮而整太多
